Consignment Inventory Management (Supplier Module)

The Input Consign menu is a key component of the VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) system. It is specially designed for suppliers working under the Consignment Model, allowing them to efficiently manage product movement, stock levels, and replenishment for each Villa Market store.

This module enables suppliers to monitor stock, review sales performance, manage replenishment, and prepare purchase orders — all in real time and fully integrated with Villa Market’s central system.

Minimum Stock (กำหนดพาร์)

Used to set minimum stock (Par Level) for each product in each store. Users can create entries manually or upload via Excel.

Store Receivals (ส่งและคืนสินค้าฝากขาย)

Records consignment product deliveries and returns; supports importing data directly from Input Form Excel files.

Daily Consign Report (รายงานรับสินค้าฝากขายประจำวัน)

Displays daily sending/returning transactions in Pivot Table format for filtering, analysis, and export.

Stock Card (รายงานการเคลื่อนไหวสินค้า)

Tracks consignment product movement: sales, deliveries, returns, and stock adjustments with Pivot-style analysis.

Consign Inventory (ยอดสินค้าคงเหลือ)

Shows on-hand stock per store, comparing inventory against Minimum Stock to identify products below Par.

Flow To PO (ใบสั่งซื้อ)

Used to create purchase orders for DC or consignment suppliers to replenish stores based on stock requirements.

Request Order (ขอส่งสินค้า)

Allows suppliers to request product replenishment — for example, for fast-moving items or low stock situations.
