Product Return Image Evidence
The Return Image menu is used to view product return evidence in the form of images or attached files. These images are uploaded by Villa Market or the Supplier to confirm that the returned product matches the official return document.
This helps verify accuracy, prevent disputes, and ensure transparency in the consignment return process.

View images of products that were returned from the branch
Verify that the return matches the official return record
Search return images by Return Document Number
Provide visual evidence for auditing and dispute resolution
Support traceability for all returned items
🔹 How to Access Return Images
Log in to the VMI System
Navigate to: Print Form → Return Image
The Return Image screen will appear
Searching for return images
Use the search box (Enter text to search)
Enter the Return No. you want to review
The system will display the matching return record along with available images

Image
Displays the return product image uploaded into the system
Return No.
Reference number of the return document
Branch
Branch code where the return occurred
Branch Name
Full branch name
Return Document No.
Original return document reference
Return Notify Date
Date the return request was recorded
Return Receive Date
Date Villa Market physically received the returned product

The return process has not yet been completed
Ensure the correct Return No. is entered when searching
