Product Return Report

The Return menu is used to review all products that have been returned from Villa Market back to the Supplier. This usually occurs when the product cannot be sold—for example:

  • Expired products

  • Damaged items

  • Packaging defects

  • Supplier requests product removal

  • Product recalled or discontinued

This module helps suppliers track return progress and download official documents for accounting and inventory purposes.


🔹 Purpose of the Return Menu

  • View all consignment product return records

  • Check the status of each return (Pending return / Completed return)

  • Print return documents for verification

  • Export return history for accounting or internal analysis

  • Track cross-department workflow between Supplier and Villa Market


🔹 How to Access the Return Report

  1. Log in to the VMI System

  2. Navigate to: Print Form → Return

  3. The Return Report screen will appear

Steps to view return records:

  1. Select Start Date – End Date (Filter the period you want to review)

  2. Select Supplier

  3. Sort data using the Sort By dropdown:

    • Date

    • Branch

    • Return Document No.

  4. Select Status:

    • 🟡 Pending Return – The return process is not completed yet

    • 🟢 Completed – Villa Market has finished the return process

  5. Click Query to show all matching records

📤 Export to Excel

Export all return records in .xlsx format for further analysis or accounting usage.

💡 Notes

  • Selecting a very long date range may slow down data loading

  • It is recommended to limit search periods for faster results

  • Only authorized suppliers can view return records related to their products
