The Stock Card menu is used to review detailed daily stock movements for consignment products in each Villa Market branch. This report displays sales, deliveries, returns, adjustments, and stock balances in a flexible Pivot Table format.

🔎 How to Query the Report

1. Select Start Date and End Date This defines the time range of stock movement to display.

2. Click Query The system retrieves all stock movement records within the selected date range.

🔧 Key Features (Pivot Mode)

1. Drag & Drop Fields

Users can drag fields (Branch, Product, Date, Qty, etc.) into Rows, Columns, or Values to customize the data view.

Useful for deep-dive analysis such as:

• Sales by branch

• Daily stock balance per SKU

• Send/Return transactions for selected products

• Trend analysis over time

2. Filtering (Filter Icon 🔽)

Filter data instantly by:

• Specific branches

• Specific products

• Specific dates

• Movement types (Sale, Delivery, Return, Adjust)

3. Collapse / Expand Groups

Toggle views to:

• View only branch-level totals

• Expand to see product-level details under each branch

4. Sorting (A → Z / Z → A)

You can sort all fields including:

• Product Name

• Branch

• Delivery Quantity

• Sales Quantity

• Dates

5. Export to Excel

After arranging the Pivot view, click Export to Excel (.xlsx) Perfect for:

• Monthly reporting

• Audit and reconciliation

• Internal or external analysis

🔹 Data Fields Displayed in the Stock Card

SuCode / SuName	Supplier code and name
BrCode / BrName	Branch code and branch name
PrCode / PrName	Product code and product name
Date	Date of stock movement
Minimum Stock	Minimum stock level for the SKU
SaleQty	Daily sales quantity
DeliveryQty	Quantity delivered to the branch
ReturnQty	Quantity returned from the branch
AdjustQty	Stock adjustments made
BalanceQty	Stock balance remaining at the end of the day

💡 Using Date as a field in Pivot allows trend analysis for forecasting and replenishment planning.
