Setting Minimum Stock Levels for Consignment Products
The Minimum Stock (PAR) function allows suppliers to define the minimum quantity of each product that must be available at each Villa Market store.
This ensures proper stock planning, prevents Out of Stock (OOS) situations, and supports efficient replenishment operations.
๐น 1. Query Page (Main Page)
The main page of the Minimum Stock menu allows users to search existing PAR data, add new PAR entries, or import/update PAR information from Excel.

๐น 2. Creating a New Minimum Stock Entry
When clicking New, the system will open the New Minimum Stock page to specify the PAR values for selected products.

๐น 3. Two Ways to Set PAR
Method 1 โ Using Input Form (Recommended for many items)
Click Input Form โ download the Excel template.
Enter Minimum Stock values into the provided fields.
Return to the system โ click Import.
Select the Excel file.
Click Confirm Import Stock Par to finalize the upload.
โ Only files downloaded from Input Form are accepted
(Any structural changes in the file will cause import failure.)
Method 2 โ Manual Entry (Suitable for few items)
Click New.
Select Branch.
(Optional) Search for a product and click Add.
Adjust โMinimum Stockโ values in the table.
Click Save to complete.

If you need to update PAR for many products, always use the Input Form + Import method for faster processing.
๐น 4. Important Notes
โ Validate Before Saving
Ensure the correct Branch is selected.
All required fields must be completed (especially if using Excel import).
Product codes must exist in the system.
โ Excel Must Meet System Requirements
Your import will fail if:
Product codes do not match system data.
Numbers contain special characters.
Required fields are left blank.
The Excel template format is altered.
