The Consign Inventory menu is used to check the current stock balance of consignment products in each Villa Market branch.
The system also compares the stock balance against the Minimum Stock (Par Level) to help suppliers analyze and replenish inventory efficiently.
This page uses a Pivot-style interactive table, similar to the Stock Card report, allowing users to sort, filter, expand/collapse, and rearrange fields freely.

This filter allows users to narrow down the stock balance by condition:

Display all products regardless of stock level
Balance < Minimum Stock
Show products with stock below minimum par
Balance > Minimum Stock
Show products with stock above minimum par
Balance = Minimum Stock
Show products with stock equal to the par level
Export to Excel
Download the currently displayed report as an .xlsx file

1. Pivot Interactive Mode (Drag & Drop Fields)
You can reorder columns to create your preferred view, such as:
Group by Branch to see totals per store
Group by Product Name to analyze balance per item
Add Minimum Stock Diff to identify which items need replenishment
2. Filters (🔽 Dropdown Filters)
Filter data by:
Specific branch
Department
Specific product
Only items below par, etc.
3. Expand / Collapse
Use this to switch between:
Branch-level summary
Detailed SKU-level view
4. Sorting
Sort any column (A → Z or Z → A), such as:
Product Name
Branch Code
Stock Balance
Minimum Stock
5. Export
After arranging your Pivot layout, click Export to Excel to save the report.

⚙️ Usage Recommendations
✔ To check products that are nearly out of stock:
Use filter → Balance < Minimum Stock
✔ For planning replenishment:
Check Minimum Stock Diff
Negative = urgently needs replenishment
Small positive = monitor for future orders
✔ Improve performance:
Filter by branch or department
Avoid loading all products across all branches at once
